At OPTin, I work on quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) for traumatic brain injury. During the spring semester, I used network biology approaches to integrate multi-omics and RNA-seq data. By applying graph theory and community detection algorithms, I constructed functional modules that serve as a foundation for further downstream analyses.
Currently, I am working on the enrichment of these modules and connecting them to clinical phenotypes, with the long-term aim of identifying therapeutic and drug intervention strategies.
Skills: Python, Cytoscape, pipeline developement, network biology, graph theory and community detection, RNA-seq and multi-omics analysis, Ingenuiety Pathway Analysis
At Manipal School of Life Sciences, MAHE, I worked on computationally driven spectral analysis for nucleoside identification. I generated and curated spectral datasets from mammalian and bacterial DNA samples. I ran the experimental workflows from sample preparation through spectral acquisition. I then carried out data analysis to support model development, working alongside a data science team to interpret results.
Skills: MATLAB, GRAMS AI, GraphPad, Spectragryph, fluorescence spectroscopy, photoacoustic spectroscopy, DNA/RNA isolation, gel electrophoresis
